Mr Hobbs was the first member of the Manchester team I met, for my initial online consultation - this meeting set the tone for the rest of my experience all throughout the process of preparing for, undergoing, and now recovering from my surgery, with Mr Hobbs' warm, sensitive manner and clear expertise reflecting the character of the whole team, and instilling me with complete confidence for my surgery. Mr Hobbs also met with me on the morning of my surgery, where he again set me completely at ease and made clear the team's truly patient-centred approach, and also gladly and helpfully answered all my questions - on what could have been the most stressful day of my life, I instead felt calm, confident, and completely listened to, due in large part to Mr Hobbs' wonderful manner throughout. I couldn't be happier with my results, and it would be impossible to overstate the positive impact my surgery has had and will continue to have on my life. All credit and gratitude to the skill and care of Miss Wright, Mr Hobbs, and the Manchester team!
